As a kid, Rebecca could be found in the kitchen cooking with either her Mom or Grandma. Traveling to Albany was always a treat, as her favorite dish to eat was Nan's (her grandmother's) French toast, as she prepared it daily.
While studying at NYU, Rebecca came up with the concept of STUF'D to fulfill the need for a savory French toast, as it was yet to be done. She decided to start the business as a food truck in 2016, as a way to keep her brand more mobile.
Since then, we have evolved into a full-service catering company, offering a variety of sandwiches, sliders, and cocktail bites, and serving events that range from weddings and birthday parties to large-scale events!

No group is to small! We have certain minimum payment requirements that will cover our costs regardless of your group size.

Of course not--we always welcome large groups! We can serve up to 200-250 servings per hour depending on the menu itself.

Our radius is about 200-250 miles from Brooklyn, however, we are willing to travel as far as the dollar takes us!
